Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "ljo77" / "the Company" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the ljo77 platform, its operators, and affiliated entities responsible for delivering the services accessible at https://ljo77.lat.

• "IDR" — Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which ljo77 account balances are held and transactions processed.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ljo77. Your acceptance is confirmed by any one of the following actions:

Account Registration

To access ljo77's full suite of Services, you must register a personal account via the ljo77 Login page. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one ljo77 account. Registering multiple accounts under any combination of different names, email addresses, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, and a date of birth that correctly reflects your actual age.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ljo77 login username and password. KYC Verification

ljo77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process consistent with international anti-money-laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards. KYC verification is mandatory before a Member's first withdrawal request is processed.

The following documents may be required as part of the KYC process:

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ljo77 platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

6.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and may be subject to daily limits.
• Deposits are credited to your ljo77 account balance upon confirmation of receipt. E-wallet deposits are typically confirmed within seconds; bank transfer confirmations may take up to 15 minutes.
• ljo77 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned.

6.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method and account used for the Member's most recent deposit, subject to completed KYC verification.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal amounts and daily limits are displayed in the account cashier section.
• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically dispatched within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) are typically dispatched within 1–3 hours during business hours.
• ljo77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, including but not limited to requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are made within 24 hours of a large deposit.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Only real-money balances that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.

Bonuses & Promotions

ljo77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in the forfeiture of remaining bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Live casino games, sportsbook bets, slots, and other game types may contribute at different rates. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Minimum odds: For sportsbook bonus wagering, bets must typically meet a minimum odds threshold (e.g., odds of 1.50 or greater). Bets placed at odds below the minimum do not count toward wagering requirements.
• One active bonus: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any time unless ljo77 specifies otherwise. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.

Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance forfeited and may be suspended.
• Promotional calendar: ljo77 runs seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Imlek, Nyepi, and Indonesian Independence Day. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of each event.

ljo77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is modified after a Member has already opted in, ljo77 will honour the terms that were in place at the time of opt-in to the extent reasonably practicable.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the ljo77 platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant sections of the Platform.

• Bet acceptance: ljo77 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has started (unless in-play betting is specifically offered), bets placed on events where the outcome is already known, and bets placed in error due to a manifest pricing error.
• Manifest errors: Any wager offered or accepted as a result of a clear and obvious pricing error (including incorrect odds, incorrect match-ups, or data feed errors) is void. ljo77 will notify affected Members and return stakes without delay.
• Sportsbook — mix parlay (multi-leg football accumulator) bets require a minimum of three selections. If one leg of a mix parlay is void, the bet reverts to the remaining selections at recalculated odds. • Disconnection policy: If a live casino session is interrupted by a network disconnection after a bet has been accepted and confirmed, the bet will be settled according to the game outcome. ljo77 is not liable for losses arising from disconnections caused by the Member's own internet connection.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum single-session win limits may apply to certain games and are published within the relevant game information panels on the Platform.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ljo77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and notification to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider trading in connection with any event offered for betting on the Platform;
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software for financial gain. Any such exploit must be reported immediately to ljo77 support;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform;
• Depositing funds originating from illegitimate or criminal sources;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any ljo77 software or platform component;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ljo77 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ljo77 platform — including but not limited to the ljo77 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and all other original works — is the exclusive intellectual property of ljo77 or its duly licensed content providers and software partners.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or digital property;
• Use ljo77's brand assets — including the ljo77 logo — in any context without prior written consent from ljo77.

Where ljo77's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Responsible Gaming

ljo77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Members. The following tools and policies form part of ljo77's responsible gaming framework:

• Deposit limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account dashboard. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Members may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a pre-set gaming session time has elapsed.
• Cooling-off period: Members may apply for a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks through ljo77 customer support.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit or exclude any rights that cannot lawfully be waived or excluded under applicable mandatory law.
